Processing & Production Time All products sold on Ayleene are made to order on a pre-order basis. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, please allow 6 to 12 weeks for production and delivery. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary. You will be notified by email of any significant delay.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:
- France : free
- European Union : 12,60 €
- United Kingdom : 14,70 €
- International : 22,90 €
Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
